The Persons with Disabilities Bank Welfare Association (PwD-BwA) is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the rights, welfare, and professional growth of persons with disabilities employed in the banking and financial services sector. Formed with the belief that accessibility and equal opportunity are essential components of a progressive workplace, the Association works to build a banking ecosystem where every individual—regardless of ability—thrives with dignity and independence.
